Airsoft weapons are not toys. They can be very dangerous if used improperly.
The sale of any airsoft gun to a minor (anyone under 18 years of age) is illegal. Big Boy Toys will NOT sell any airsoft weapon to anyone not eligible to purchase it. If you are under 18, your parent must make the sale and sign a waiver.
End-User Conditions of Use
United States and North Carolina law requires that any replica weapon (including airsoft) MUST have a 1/2" bright orange tip on the muzzle. All airsoft weapons imported into the US is required to have this marking. Big Boy Toys will NOT remove the orange tip from any weapon we sell.
While it is legal at this time for the end-user to remove the orange markings, Big Boy Toys will NOT assist in or advise methods for the removal of the orange tip.
Postal regulations also require the legal markings for replica weapons. If you need to ship your airsoft weapon to Big Boy Toys for service, please place an orange muzzle break or muzzle cap on the weapon before shipping.
