Airsoft Service
Big Boy Toys is a full service airsoft supplier. We can repair, upgrade, or just plain clean your airsoft equipment. We regularly keep over $5000 worth of airsoft parts on hand at most times. We are an official warranty center for Classic Army and ICS weapons. We will assist with warranty issues for these brands even if they are not purchased from us. Proof of purchase date will be required.
Service Rates:
Weapons sold by Big Boy Toys: $30/hourWeapons purchased elsewhere: $40/hour
There is a one (1) hour minimum charge on all work. After the first hour, time is charged in 10 minute increments.
Example: (for weapon purchased from BBT)
1 hour and 1 minute = $35.001 hour and 11 minute = $40.00
1 hour and 16 minutes = $45.00
Service Requests:
Due to space considerations, we request that no extra accessories, not critical to the operation of the weapon, be sent/left with weapons in for repair/upgrade. If the weapon requires a special or out of the ordinary magazine, please be sure to confirm that we have said magazine for testing.
All accessories included should be plainly marked for identification and listed on a note as included. If an accessory is accidentally not included with a returned weapon, Big Boy Toys will make every effort to return the item as soon as possible.
If you are bringing a weapon to our store, you MUST bring it in a box or gun case. We will not look at a gun not transported properly. This is for your safety as well as being sensitive to our shopping center neighbors.
If shipping a weapon to us, you MUST include the following information:
Name
Shipping Address
Telephone Number
Email Address
For repairs - A description (as detailed as possible) of what is wrong. What is the gun doing or not doing? What sounds is it making? Etc.
For upgrades - A description of what you want done. What are your goals (velocity or rate of fire)? A list of any parts that are not part of the original gun (suppressor, scope, sling, etc.
If any of this information is missing, it will drastically increase your overall repair time.
At this time, we do NOT perform any upgrades/repairs at events.
Any equipment left, without any contact from the owner, for 90 days or more after repair is completed become the property of Big Boy Toys and may be sold for recovery of repair and storage expenses.
