Warranty:
All new AEG airsoft weapons sold by Big Boy Toys include a 60 day 100% limited parts and labor warranty. All new gas airsoft weapons sold by Big Boy Toys are covered by manufacturer warranties. Upgrades performed by Big Boy Toys are covered for the duration of any existing warranty. Any alteration of a product by any person not employed or authorized by Big Boy Toys will cause such warranties to be canceled and void.
Any abuse of products will also void the warranty.
All Condor brand tactical gear has a 30 day warranty against factory defects. Full replacement will be made after review by Big Boy Toys.
All other products will be issued warranty details on a case by case basis to be noted on sales invoices.
Purchaser is responsible for any shipping charges to and from Big Boy Toys for warranty work.
Orange Safety Markings: Removal of any safety markings (orange muzzle tip) will void the warranty. We cannot ship an airsoft replica through the mail without proper safety markings.
Return Policy
Most products purchased may be returned for legitimate reasons (as determined by Big Boy Toys) within fifteen (15) days of receipt and receive full purchase price (minus 25% restocking fee and shipping costs). NO CHECK IT OUT PURCHASES. Big Boy Toys sells hobby grade airsoft weapons not Walmart Toys. All returns must be discussed with a Big Boy Toys technician before they will be accepted/approved. Any item returned without prior approval will be refused.
All Special Order sales are FINAL.
Returns are not accepted for consumable products such as gas and bb’s and for internal upgrade parts such as springs and gearsets unless said parts were installed by Big Boy Toys at the time of weapon purchase.
In order to receive a refund for any products, the product must be returned to Big Boy Toys in good condition and in its original state, unused and with all original boxes and packaging intact, and all manuals (if applicable) complete of any product sold by Big Boy Toys. Any returns NOT in their original condition will be judged by Big Boy Toys and an appropriate refund percentage determined.
Cost of sending product(s) back to us are not covered under our warranty or return policy.

Returned Check Policy
For your convenience we are happy to accept personal checks as payment.
You must have ID that matches the information on the check.
No pre-signed checks.
No third party checks.
No double signature checks unless both parties are present to sign at the time of purchase.
All returned checks are subject to a $20 Returned Check Fee.
Anyone that has a check returned will be prohibited from using checks for future purchases.
